Guides

Material that runs on your own numbers

Material meant to help you make a decision, not steer you toward one particular one. Every guide is built on numbers you already have, and it says plainly when a given solution doesn't make sense.

Who writes these guides, and what we're selling today

Helpify is a participant in the market it's describing, so you're reading material from an interested party. Our current offer is the Attract, Call Back, Book system. We attract inquiries with ads. We call everyone back within a minute. We book consultations straight into the calendar. We run the campaign, an AI agent contacts the people who left their number and consent, and the open slot lands in your business's calendar. Selling the service stays on your side. If the math in a guide shows you don't have this problem, there's no reason to use this offer.

What guides us

  • Your numbers, not someone else's percentages

We don't copy statistics from foreign reports. We show you how to calculate your own result, because that's the only number that says anything about your business.

  • No newsletter signup

All the content is right on the page. There's no form gating access, and no file to download in exchange for your email address.

  • We also say when it isn't worth it

If the math shows an implementation won't pay for itself, we say so plainly. Material that always leads to a purchase isn't a guide.

  • Every external number has a source

If an outside figure appears in the text, we cite the publisher, the year of the data, and the access date. Without that, the number doesn't make it onto the page.

You'd rather go through this with your own numbers

In a 30-minute call we'll go through your calls, your inquiries, and how you book appointments. No slide deck, just what your own data actually shows.
