The AI agent inside the client acquisition system
From an ad inquiry to a booked appointment
The AI agent gets in touch after the form is submitted, gathers context, and guides the interested person to an open slot. Attract, Call Back, Book. We attract inquiries with ads. We call everyone back within a minute. We book consultations straight into the calendar. The AI agent handles the middle part of this process: it contacts the person who left their number and consent, establishes the context of the inquiry, and offers an available time.
The agent isn't the whole offer. It connects the ad with the calendar.
A campaign on its own leaves a company with a list of phone numbers. An agent on its own, without a source of inquiries, has no one to call. Helpify connects both pieces into one process and closes it with a booking for a slot the company made available beforehand.
What happens after the form is submitted
Consent and details
The person interested in the service leaves their name, number and consent to be contacted. The form can also collect extra information needed for that particular industry.
Contact
The AI agent calls back within the agreed hours, states that the call is handled by an AI system, and uses only approved information. If the person doesn't want to be contacted again, the process stops.
Appointment
The agent only offers slots available in the approved calendar. It doesn't invent appointment times the company hasn't made available, and it doesn't sell the service on a human's behalf.
The scope of the conversation stays under your control
Which services the campaign promotes.
Which questions the agent can ask.
What information it can share.
During which hours it makes contact.
Which time slots and appointment types it can offer.
When it should hand the case over to a human.
We set the boundaries before launch
It doesn't call purchased lists or cold contacts.
It doesn't guess answers outside the approved scope.
It doesn't produce technical quotes, diagnoses, or binding promises.
It doesn't close a complex sale on the company's behalf.
It doesn't claim an integration that hasn't passed technical verification.
The same mechanism, different questions and boundaries
The industry pages show how the form, qualification and next step change. They are not a description of client deployments. Every industry needs its own rules, because a conversation about installation, investment and urgent service can't look the same.
Start with the process, not the voice
During the call we'll check where inquiries should come from, what the agent needs to find out, and which appointment it can safely book. Only then do we know whether an AI agent makes sense for your business.
