Scoping the work, setting up the form, the conversation rules, the calendar, and any later changes don't require a local Helpify office. The company specifies the area where it actually provides services, and the campaign doesn't go beyond that area without the company's decision.

Helpify doesn't imply local offices, teams, or clients in the cities described. A city page is published only once it has a sourced description of local context that can't just be relabeled with another city's name.
