Tools
Measure the problem before you start comparing solutions
Helpify's tools are here to help you check the problem against your own business data, not to justify a purchase in advance. Attract, Call Back, Book. We attract inquiries with ads. We call everyone back within a minute. We book consultations straight into the calendar. Helpify's tools are not meant to prove that this system is necessary for every business. They are meant to help you check your own numbers, and to close the topic if the problem is not big enough.
The result has to be reproducible without trusting Helpify
Your data
The tool does not substitute hidden industry averages.
An open formula
The calculation is visible along with its assumptions, and you can redo it outside this page.
The limits of the result
Every tool tells you when the result is overstated, understated or not enough to decide on.
No contact gate
The result does not require logging in or leaving an email address.
Lost revenue calculator
It calculates an upper bound on the revenue tied to missed calls, using data you enter yourself. It does not measure campaign performance or how well Helpify's current offer works.
No revenue forecast for a rollout
We do not show a figure that the system supposedly recovers or generates. A result like that would need data on the market, the campaign, answer rates, bookings and sales for a specific business. Without them the calculator would just be a sales pitch dressed up as sliders.
You have the numbers. Now check if the process fits.
If you generate inquiries with ads and have open slots, we will use the call to check whether a campaign combined with an agent's contact and your calendar makes sense for your business. The tool's result does not decide the answer on its own.
