We help dental practices fill open chair time for implants, orthodontics, and cosmetic dentistry. For a practice with an empty schedule, or one that's just starting to advertise, we also run campaigns for cleanings and pediatric dentistry.
- We run Facebook and Instagram ads for one service where the practice has open chair time.
- The ads use videos filmed at the practice by a creator, a person who films videos for ads.
- We build a service page with a form, where the patient finds the price and what to expect.
- The practice's front desk calls the patient, and the system reminds them about every lead.
- The patient gets an appointment reminder. When the front desk marks a no-show, the system reminds them to reschedule.
- In its Helpify dashboard, the practice sees leads, booked appointments, patients who showed up, and ad spend.
- The practice approves every ad before it runs.
- The practice's front desk calls the patient. Helpify doesn't call patients, and no automated system does.
- The practice controls its patients' data. We handle it only on the practice's behalf, under a written agreement with the practice, and we don't use it for our own marketing or to train AI models.
- Helpify's fee doesn't depend on the size of the practice's ad budget.
- We don't run a campaign for the same service for another practice in the same area.

Maciej Odrobina founded Helpify and runs it. He talks with practices himself and is personally responsible for the work. Helpify is based in Poland. We work remotely and take on dental practices in Poland and the United States. Calls are online.
