This is a calculation based on your numbers, not a forecast. The result shows treatment revenue, not profit, because it doesn't subtract your practice's costs, your ad budget, or our fees. I'll show you the ad budget and our fees along with a plan for your practice.
We multiply the average treatment value by how many patients out of 100 start treatment, and by the number of additional patients your dentist could see in a month. The yearly result is that monthly number times twelve.
For cleanings and pediatric dentistry, we count revenue from further treatment, because these are low-cost services and the visit itself brings in little revenue.
You enter all the numbers, and none of them comes from us. The calculator doesn't say how many patients will come from ads, because we don't know that number before the ads go live.
On the call, I'll show you where your practice may be losing patients between the ad and the chair. You don't need to prepare anything.
You pay once for the campaign build, and the monthly fee doesn't start until the day your ads go live. If they aren't live within 8 weeks and it's our fault, we refund the build fee.
