Cleaningsfor dental practices
A cleaning is a low-cost service that brings a new patient into your practice for the first time. We bring in patients for cleanings and follow up so they make it to the chair.
Your practice makes money when the patient stays for further treatment after the cleaning, because the cleaning itself brings in little revenue. That's why we suggest this service for a practice with an empty schedule or one that's just starting to advertise. If you have open slots for implants, orthodontics, or cosmetic dentistry, I'll recommend on the call that you start with one of those.
They want to know what the cleaning includes, what it costs, and whether it hurts. At each stage of the decision they need something different, so we prepare four different messages.
They haven't seen a dentist in a long time and think tartar and bleeding gums are no big deal.
We show: a video that names the problem.
They know they should get their teeth cleaned but don't know what a cleaning includes or what it costs.
We show: a video that covers what a cleaning includes, how long it takes, whether it hurts, and what it costs.
They're looking for a dentist nearby and checking price and availability.
We show: what a cleaning looks like at your practice: what it includes, the price, and your address.
They know your practice but haven't booked a visit yet.
We show: an invitation to book a visit.
The Helpify System
We run Facebook and Instagram ads for cleanings to bring in patients who don't know your practice yet. Your front desk books them on the days when you have open slots.
Who: Helpify runs the campaign. You choose the service with us.
A creator, a person who films videos for ads, comes to your practice and films 6 videos to start. The videos talk about tartar and bleeding gums, and about what a cleaning includes, how long it takes, and whether it hurts. The dentist doesn't have to appear in them, and you approve every ad before it runs.
Who: A creator films the videos, we write the scripts, and you approve every ad.
It's a page about cleanings at your practice and nothing else. The patient finds what the cleaning includes, how long it takes, the price or a price range, whether it hurts, your address, answers to common questions, and a form.
Who: The patient reads and leaves their number. Helpify builds the page.
The patient gets a text and an email confirming their request, and your front desk gets a text with the patient's first name, phone number, and service. Your front desk calls the patient and gets up to three reminders about every lead. Their one-page call script has the opening line, what to say about price, and which days to book campaign patients on. They mark the call result in your Helpify dashboard.
Who: Your front desk. The system reminds them.
A booked patient gets a reminder before the visit. When your front desk marks a no-show, the patient gets a text, and your front desk gets a reminder to reschedule.
Who: The system. Your front desk marks the no-show.
You see cleaning leads, booked appointments, patients who showed up, and ad spend.
Who: The system counts. You check.

Have the front desk call meThe sample page is built for a made-up practice, with implants as the example. We'll build a page like this for cleanings at your practice, with what the cleaning includes, the price or a price range, and a form.
Open the sample pageThe cleaning itself brings in little revenue, because it's a low-cost service. Your practice makes money when the patient stays for further treatment. We don't promise how many patients will stay, because we don't know that number before the ads go live. In the calculator you can run your own numbers: enter how many patients stay with you for further treatment after a cleaning and what that treatment is worth.
We suggest cleanings for a practice with an empty schedule or one that's just starting to advertise. If your dentist has open slots for implants, orthodontics, or cosmetic dentistry, it's better to start with one of those. We choose the service based on your schedule and look for the open slots with the highest value.
The dashboard shows leads, booked appointments, patients who showed up for a cleaning, and ad spend. It doesn't track further treatment, so you check your own schedule to see how many of those patients booked another visit.
The service page has the price or a price range and what the cleaning includes, because the patient wants to know exactly what they get for that price. We decide with you how to show the price.
You don't have to drop your current agency. The Helpify System can run alongside it on one service.
I'll show you where your practice may be losing new patients between the ad and the chair. I'll also tell you straight whether cleanings are a good service to start with.
You pay once for the campaign build, and the monthly fee doesn't start until the day your ads go live. If they aren't live within 8 weeks and it's our fault, we refund the build fee.
