Implantsfor dental practices
We bring implant patients to your practice and follow up so they make it to the chair. Your front desk books campaign patients with the dentist who has open slots, on the days that are open.
Implant treatment is planned well ahead, so the surgeries you do a few weeks from now come from today's consultations. If you don't have many consultations today, your implant dentist or oral surgeon will have open slots a few weeks out.
They worry about pain, treatment time, and cost. At each stage of the decision they need something different, so we prepare four different messages.
They're missing a tooth or wear a loose denture, so they avoid hard foods, but they aren't thinking about treatment yet.
We show: a video that names the problem.
They know about implants and are checking if it hurts, how long it takes, and what it costs.
We show: a video that answers those three questions.
They've decided on implants and are comparing practices.
We show: what treatment looks like at your practice: the steps, the dentist, the price or payment plans.
They know your practice but keep putting off the consultation.
We show: an invitation to a consultation.
The Helpify System
We run Facebook and Instagram ads for implants, the service chosen based on your schedule. That way, patients from the campaign go to the dentist who has open slots, on the days that are open.
Who: Helpify runs the campaign. You choose the service with us.
A creator, a person who films videos for ads, comes to your practice and films 6 videos to start. The videos talk about a missing tooth, a loose denture, and what the patient worries about: pain, treatment time, and cost. You approve every ad before it runs.
Who: A creator films the videos, we write the scripts, and you approve every ad.
It's a page about implants at your practice and nothing else. The patient finds the price or a price range, what to expect during treatment, how long it takes, pain and recovery, payment plans, the dentist, answers to common questions, and a form.
Who: The patient reads and leaves their number. Helpify builds the page.
The patient gets a text and an email confirming their request, and your front desk gets a text with the patient's first name, phone number, and service. Your front desk calls the patient and gets up to three reminders about every lead. Their one-page call script says which days and which dentist to book campaign patients with, so they land in the slots you have open. They mark the call result in your Helpify dashboard.
Who: Your front desk. The system reminds them.
A booked patient gets a reminder before the consultation. When your front desk marks a no-show, the patient gets a text, and your front desk gets a reminder to reschedule.
Who: The system. Your front desk marks the no-show.
You see implant leads, booked appointments, patients who showed up, and ad spend, so you can see whether this campaign is paying off.
Who: The system counts. You check.

Have the front desk call meThis is a full page built for a made-up practice, with the price, what to expect, payment plans, questions, and a form. We'll build a page like this for implants at your practice.
Open the sample pageYou don't have to drop your current agency. The Helpify System can run alongside it. On the call, we'll figure out whether to start with implants or with another service where you have open slots.
Yes, and your front desk handles it. Before the ads go live, we agree on which dentist and which days to book campaign patients with, and we put it in the call script. That way, patients land in the slots you have open.
The call script gives your front desk an answer to "I need to think about it," but our follow-up with that patient ends there. The ads carry four different messages, one for each stage of the decision, so they also speak to people who are just starting to think about implants.
The page has the price or a price range, what to expect during treatment, how long it takes, pain and recovery, payment plans, the dentist, and answers to common questions. We decide with you how to show the price, so you can give a range instead of one number.
You can run your own numbers in the calculator. It shows treatment revenue, not profit. I'll show you the ad budget and our fees along with a plan for your practice, and then you can compare the two.
You pay your ad budget separately, straight to Meta. I'll tell you the minimum budget on the call.
I'll show you where your practice may be losing implant patients between the ad and the chair, and I'll tell you whether we can help.
You pay once for the campaign build, and the monthly fee doesn't start until the day your ads go live. If they aren't live within 8 weeks and it's our fault, we refund the build fee.
